German = Greek?

So, as I was studying for some reason I decided to look up "noodle". Well, according to the Oxford Dictionary of English, noodle is from the German "Nudel". Sounds good to me. According to the Unabridged English-Japanese Dictionary... Noodle is from the Greek Nudel. Even if the Greek word for noodle is "Nudel", I highly doubt we got the word from that language. Anyways, I just thought that was kind of funny.
Anyways, my studying is going pretty well. I'm a bit surprised at how productive I'm being, and might have to make a habit of studying here. (My only worry is that in the past when I've found "ideal study spots", I start losing my ability to concentrate there... maybe I'm just one of those people that needs to constantly change their study spot.) Still annoyed at my reading rate, but I'm thinking I might visit some study center on campus and see if they have any practical tips for that.
Anyways, I'm going to get back to studying now. If anyone wants to join me, I'm in Wilson on the second floor in the study room immediately to the right of the staircase, but the library closes at 9.
[EDIT: Looks like I'm going to be leaving Wilson for a while, so nix the "come randomly join me in my studying" thing.]
