Road trip!

Finished wrapping my textbooks. Yay! I should've done it earlier, though. My physics book's developed a bit of wear...
Been doing some research online. I may be able to visit Jupi-chan "on my way" to Vancouver. (By on the way, I mean that I'm gonna be on a road trip anyway, so why not?)
So, Jupi, how does this look? I arrive at the Redding station Monday, March 15th at 4:55pm and leave the next day at 10pm? If you have school that week I can always shadow you. =P Of course, it also depends on parents, hw, etc, but... Leave me a message, k?
Anyways, wrapping textbooks is not getting hw done, so I'm off.

*beams* Now that's an idea! I know you mentioned it before, but I didn't think that it would stop in Redding - we're such a crap place. I only have school until about noon on Monday, and Tuesday I have no school at all. However, I don't know my work schedule yet (I find out my Fri-Thurs schedule on Thursday), But I very much doubt that they'll try to work me both days, and certainly not all day. Any idea of where you'd be staying? I would offer to let you stay at my place, but I'd have to run it by the parents, and they wouldn't be very keen on someone they didn't know staying over, especially someone I met over the net. -_-; We'll work something out, though, ne?

Yay! Jupi-chan has the day off!
Ok, so I'm looking around for hostels in Redding. No hostels. =P (I wasn't really figuring that there would be.) Which of these is closest to your house?
Maybe I could bring a tent and camp in your yard. =P

The Best Western at 2220 Pine is closest - It's less than a mile from my house, I think. I pass it all the time, and it's right next to a really good restaurant called Lulu's.

Maybe we could make up a bit of a story... say that you're a friend from one of my classes, and then just say "Oh, she's staying over" when it gets late. >_

Why don't you just tell your parents the truth and give them some time to think about it, and if they decide not I'll just stay at the hotel.
You think telling them the main purpose of the trip is visiting a college and that I'm bringing hw stuff will sway them any? =P
