cell-phone reactivation

Since Patrick's no longer in the country, the second one is no longer perfect for me... How to manage all the quick, important calls while I'm out and still save my wallet... (Note: I pay my cell-phone bill entirely by myself, and I make about $410 a month before taxes.)
