why, if I don't end up an atheist, I need a labeled religion

I believe that if God exists, he would have maintained his true religion, and that what we need to do is find it and follow it.

have you looked into anything besides christianity? even in christianity there are some branches to look into that i'm sure you havnt thought of!

Mormons are funny. (I know this from growing up as one).

I forget the name for the religion in which you believe something's up (like maybe there's a God), but you don't know what, and you want some sort of proof. It's not atheism... *doesn't know*
