So, I've always been curious to try the M&M's Premimums Mint Chocolate, but at $3.99 for 6 oz., I've always passed it up. Well, today they were on clearance for $1.09, and so I bought one. They taste quite decent, but there was something extemely unsatsifying about them - something about the texture. Then I realized why: there's no candy coating. When you eat an M&M, you expect it to CRUNCH between your teeth. These are rather thick, and give quite a bit of resistance, but the crunch my mind is expecting is entirely lacking. So while they'd be perfectly good candies under any other name, I just feel like I'm drinking hot chocolate when I expected orange juice, or something. Disappointing.
