Wasted time?

You do not want to know how much time I just spent adding "sort artist" and "sort album" info to all of my music with kanji in either the artist or album field.
On the plus side, it was relaxing, I finished up my podcast playlist, and it'll now be a lot easier to find music on my iPod (since it'll be listed in order of reading rather than the number of strokes in the radicals of the kanji).

long day was long

So, the other day I mentioned the possibility that I would end up not going to the SBAM because of tiredness or laziness or emotional all-or-nothing stupidity, but in the end my not going had nothing to do with any of these. Rather, my co-worker who was scheduled to work 1:30-close had something come up and wasn't able to come in, so I had to work open to close, or 12.5 hours. On 5.5 hours of sleep (which was admittedly my own fault). Thankfully the SBAM didn't feel too real to me, so I'm not particularly torn up about having missed it.
Anyways, I have to open in the morning, and I'm very tired (I can feel an eyeache coming on, too), so I'm gonna go to bed now.
P.S. I discovered some bugs that showed up when I added all the sort artists and sort names, namely that artists that are the same as others with additional characters at the end don't show up on my iPod. For example, 攻殻機動隊 and 蒼穹のファフナー are there, but 攻殻機動隊 STAND ALONE COMPLEX and 蒼穹のファフナー RIGHT OF LEFT are not. Strangely enough, both コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ and コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュR2 show up... Maybe it has something to do with the spaces between the "base" and "added" portions?
