tsukikage: (Princess Mercury)
After honestly going to bed at 10:30, waking up at midnight, and locking myself in bed until 2:15, I'm gonna get a bite to eat (I HAVE FOOD!) and watch the last of last week's episodes (that is, Chr(o)no Crusade 13-14. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to sleep after that, but if not I'll get up and do some much-needed studying.

While I'm not doing anything important, here's what my dad bought me today:
- Basic 4
- oatmeal
- toiilet paper
- lentil soup
- roasted garlic chicken soup
- super chunky peanut butter
- low-sugar strawberry jam
- raspberry syrup that's 150% the volume and about half the price of what I bought at the mall a while ago ^_^;
- two loaves Health Nut bread
- turkey slices
- pickled herring
- 4 bananas
- 1 green pepper
- 5 Gala apples (I watned Honeycrisp, but they didn't have any - I hope these are as good)
- 1 bag peas
- 2 cans pinapple orange banana juice (ACTUAL JUICE! NOT CRAP JUICE BEVERAGE!)
- 1 bag out-of-shell edamame - and another because Dad forgot to take his and I forgot to give it to him
- Brummel & Brown ^_^
- no-salt butter
- 2 cartons 2% milk
- 12 HARVEST PEACH YOGHURTS ^_^
- cheddar
- a new toothbrush
- hand soap
- a bottle hand soap filler
- TWO BOTTLES CONDITIONER!!!
- Burt's Bees lip balm

Dad also gave me $80, so I'm trying to decide what that needs to go towards. I'm thinking I'll put $60 into the SELF loan, and keep the $20 for emergencies until I get my check.

Now, if someone will only tell me why my left eye is bloodshot... ^^;

I cancelled my $127 of purchases (2 FMA calendars, a KareKano OST and postcard book, an Oku Hanako CD, Takeuchi Naoko's Prism Time, the first volume of the Loki Ragnarok manga in English, and the Sailor Moon R movie on VHS) I lined up because I don't want to make these guys wait for me to have the money to pay them anymore. They've been really patient, but still. Blah...
I think this whole payroll problem is God's way of reminding me that I really don't have the money to be buying all this crap anyway.

Okay, time to take another stab at sleep.

I give up. I can't sleep any longer. And it's not like the worries that are half of what's keeping me up couldn't use attending to, anyway. We'll just hope my four hours of sleep and hour-and-a-half of on-and-off lying in bed will get me through to 10 tonight.

That fucking phone check! When I tried to call a day ahead of time to cancel it, their phone system seemed buggy, so I couldn't cancel it ahead of time, and now it's been bounced. Twice. Meaning I have two $33 overdraft fees at TCF, a $30 returned check fee, delinquincies all over the place and a credit score of like .7.
On top of it all I can't register for May or Summer classes or do much of anything until I get my student account hold released, and I can't do that until all of my loans go through, and I can't get my SELF loan through until I pay my SELF loan interest payment!
You know what, UDS payroll? Fuck. You.

Also, looking at my student account stuff... It looks as if I was only given in aid half the amount that I need. Did I really misread things that badly?
I have a lot of calling around to do when I get back from my appointnment (from 8:15-9:15).

Well, a little bouldering, a little napping while others were bouldering, a $7.25 all-you can-eat Indian lunch (I don't even like Indian that much), a $2.75 mango lassi (described as "sweet or salty", I asked for sweet - I think they meant "and"), $1 in tips, some walking, and a phone-call later, it looks like the financial aid, at least, is pulling itself together. The root of the original problem turned out to be me and my sister's SSN confusion a while back, and they seem to be close to cleaning everything all out. I still have to wrestle with my paycheck issues, but... Honestly, I'm too tired to deal with that any more today, and I'm just glad to see the light at the end of the Parent loan tunnel. I'm gonna go get a coke from downstairs now. I'm so tired, but I really can't afford to take a nap right now, so caffeine it is.

Oh God... I really am becoming a Largo/Erika shipper. What's worse, I think there's a hint of... No, I won't say it. It's too shameful.
Fred, why do you do this to me???

An update on my sleep schedule re-arrangements... I took a nap at about 3:30 today, setting the alarm for 4:30, and woke up at 8:30. Nice one, Nastassja. So now, I'm trying to choose between locking myself in bed at 10, or doing homework until I'm ready to go to bed. I'm also considering not going to the S.B.A.M. tomorrow, but... That'd be too sad. The possibility I'm currently leaning towards is doing homework from now until the S.B.A.M., then using the S.B.A.M. to help me stay up until 10, when it should be over. The only question is whether the fact that I'm sitting in a dark room watching 14 hours of TV will make me more tired than watching 14 hours of anime with my fellow M.A.S. goers will give me incentive to stay awake.

Wow... That's quite accurate, actually.
