Dear Nastassja Riemermann,

According to our records, you are on academic probation for fall 2005. The College will review your record, and based on your fall 2005 grades will determine whether or not you will be taken off or continued on probation or suspended from the University. The criteria for determining academic standing are listed below.

Fall 2005 term AND cumulative GPA 2.0 or higher = Taken off probation Fall 2005 term OR cumulative GPA less than 2.0 = Continued on probation Fall 2005 term AND cumulative GPA less than 2.0 = Suspension from the University

In addition, students on academic contract cannot earn a D, F, N, or I and may need to meet other conditions specified in their contract.

You will be notified about the results of your probation review by the Languages & Math Student Community in January. Letters notifying students of suspension will be mailed on January 4, and letters notifying students that they will be continued on or taken off probation will be mailed on January 12. Please review your fall grades on the One Stop web site at www.onestop.umn.edu in order to anticipate the results of your probation review.

To ensure that you receive your letter in a timely manner, please verify that your mailing address is current by visiting the One Stop web site at www.onestop.umn.edu and clicking on the Update My Personal Information link.

We hope your fall semester has gone well, and we look forward to working with you in the New Year.

Sincerely,

Languages & Math Student Community

Huh... So, both are above 2.0, but does getting an F mean I'll be kept on probation or suspended?

Also, how do you like my new icon that [livejournal.com profile] darkjing made me? *grins* I asked him to clean up the text a bit, but I totally love it!

[EDIT: He fixed up the text a bit, and I LURVE it! <3]

Mostly because I'm not ready (with cleaning and making resolutions) yet, I'm pushing back my New Year's stuff to the 7th. Which kinda makes sense, because one of my resolutions won't go into effect until then either.
I'm thinking one of my resolutions should be to buy all the HikaGo DVDs as they come out. ^_^
