Been a while since I last updated, eh?
Went to Duluth two days ago. Pat picked me up after work, we went to his place to get stuff, we went to my place to get stuff, and off we went! The drive up was really scary, 'cuz there was really thick fog, and at some parts the visibility was 20 feet (I thought it was more like 5, but then again, I have no sense of distance), but we finally made it safely. It was nice, but there were too many guys. They did a lot of drinking (fuzzy navel! 'course I didn't have any, as I don't drink), but Pat sad the proof was way low, so they couldn't get drunk. Especially once I found out it would be more than me, Pat, and his friend, I was really nervous that there would be three drunk guys, one "warmed up" boyfriend, and me. That would have been way uncomfortable.
Anyways, we watched a Robin Williams DVD, thought about playing this board game I don't remember the name of, played a bit of WoW, and went to bed. I have to say, I love having a bed wide enough to comfortably share with Patrick. Got up around 10, left around noon, and got home around 2:30 - half an hour before Pat's step-dad wanted to leave for Chicago. And now Pat's in Chicago. And when he comes back, it'll only be to leave again for Australia (he's leaving a week from now, i.e., the 27th).
So, I was thinking about this guy I knew from high school, and I realized that my relationship with him was really that of the stereotypical sempai relationship you see in many shoujo anime. Weird to think about. (If you want to know who I'm talking about, drop me an IM.)
My hair is really nasty. I need to take a shower. And I'm really hungry (as in stomach churning and squeezing and pinching hungry), so I should get something to eat, too.
Jaa.
