Well, this has been an interesting day. Went in with Dad to work to drop off the keys and get my paycheck, deposited all but $30 of the $112 into my checking account, got my membership card for the YWCA (without any mention of my "needed" high school ID, which I lost - yay!). When I got home I tried to order the $20 stored value card online, and the Metro Transit website kept rejecting my order. Then I tried to sign up for an iTunes account so I could download the Devil Inside single, and they rejected my credit card. Needless to say, I was confused. I was worried that maybe my previous debts had made TCF invalidate my check card, so I called customer service, hoping they'd be open on Saturday. Well, they were, and the deal is that although my bank account balance is at $82, until the check actually clears my available balance will be $0 (or more technically, -$30, because of the cash rendered). So, all should be good once the check clears.
Also, Ann just reminded Dad and I that we signed up for Project Home tonight. I don't really want to go, mainly because of the short notice, but at least it's only the evening shift and not the overnight shift.

So, I'm filling out a job application for Blue Nile. You know, the job I already have? And have had for over a week? Not only that, but I'm actually taking it seriously. Like, filling out the job descriptions for the volunteer positions I had prior to working at Blue Nile. And I have one question:
Why?
I swear, I must have some form of OCD or something. ><;

Also, I'm going to be signing up for the full lifeguard training class on Novermber 13th-14th and 20th-21st from 9am to 5pm. My dad is trying to encourage me to take the challenge, ie. the certification test without the class - yeah right. ><; Even if I passed the test, I wouldn't trust myself to be responsible for others lives. In any case, if all goes well I will be re-certified before Turkey Day. :)
