Sep. 11th, 2004 03:58 pmWell, this has been an interesting day. Went in with Dad to work to drop off the keys and get my paycheck, deposited all but $30 of the $112 into my checking account, got my membership card for the YWCA (without any mention of my "needed" high school ID, which I lost - yay!). When I got home I tried to order the $20 stored value card online, and the Metro Transit website kept rejecting my order. Then I tried to sign up for an iTunes account so I could download the Devil Inside single, and they rejected my credit card. Needless to say, I was confused. I was worried that maybe my previous debts had made TCF invalidate my check card, so I called customer service, hoping they'd be open on Saturday. Well, they were, and the deal is that although my bank account balance is at $82, until the check actually clears my available balance will be $0 (or more technically, -$30, because of the cash rendered). So, all should be good once the check clears.
Also, Ann just reminded Dad and I that we signed up for Project Home tonight. I don't really want to go, mainly because of the short notice, but at least it's only the evening shift and not the overnight shift.

but they weren't Americans, so what does it matter? ><;
