In other news, I talked to Mom on the phone today. Went well, though it felt slightly awkward on my end... Anyways, Oma and Opa (my German grandma and grandpa) are probably going to be coming to America for Thanksgiving. Maybe they can meet Patrick. *shrugs hopefully* I gotta brush up on my German...

Do you think I can convince Patrick to go to Bend it Like Beckham with me today? Mom said it's at the Highland Theater... Hey, maybe I can get free tickets? =P (Alana, who works at the Mr. Movies a couple stores down, has connections at the theater.)

[DL] More about Josh, a.k.a. ZACHARY!

Umm... My grandpa's confused. It's ZACHARY William James Riemermann. 9 lbs 1 oz, 21 inches. Forgot what time... ^^; Kendra had a caesarian/cesarean/cesarian (why can't we just make up our minds, people!) because around 4 in the morning she just ran out of energy (understandably enough). The baby is, as all babies are, beautiful.

The most amazing thing about it all is that one day he will walk, and one day he will learn that "DAHK" refers to an yellow fluffy creature on two legs, and one day he will learn that the volume of a sphere is 4/3 pi r^3, and one day he will fall in love, and one day he will have his own children... And once I was lying cradled in my mother's arms, aware of the world around me, yet not forming any memories, and "DAHK" meant nothing more than auditory stimulation to me.

In other news, I found this article. I need to read it later to find out more about the allegations, but in general, YES! Hey hey, ho ho, homophobia's got to go! (I need to blog about that - anyone who reads this, PLEASE remind me!)
