JLPT plans

Understanding that I love Vancouver, that I currently don't have a job (though I am planning to have a full-time job by the time of my trip), and that I can't drive: where should I go to take my JLPT? How should I go there?

The Japanese Language Proficiency Test, which really doesn't have much to do with the question being asked, I guess...
