3 cups of rice takes about 28 minutes to cook.

Seriously, I wish my rice cooker had some sort of alarm that would go off when the rice is done. But it should be easier now that I've timed it.

Writing a pastoral sonnet. Not sure what about yet. Hmm...

I have a kitty on my lap. ^_^

[EDIT: Kitty left me. :( But I guess I would have needed to go downstairs soon anyway, so at least that way I didn't have to feel bad for kicking him off.]

I have the same issue with my rice cooker.

But it's better than the stove, at least. There, when I forget about it, it burns.
