I hope it was just food poisoining...
Blah... I just threw up my fettucine alfredo that I reheated since I couldn't eat it at the restaraunt (I had no appetite). I started feeling a little sick maybe a half-hour after I finished it, but I hoped it was maybe the oils in it reacting poorly with my stomach and if I just let it digest it'd go away, but maybe four hours later I decided to get out of bed and see if any of it would come out any hole.
I feel a little better now, but I every time I think of drinking water my stomach seems to tell me it's not ready or something, so I don't. In any case, I hope it was food poisoning and not some "24 hour" thing.
